Green Juice
Ingredients

Spinach – 200 gm

Fresh Coriander – 100 gm

Mint – 40 gm

Parsley – 40 gm

Ginger – 20 to 25 gm (Optional)

Grapes – As a sweetener (500 gm approx. as per taste) Or Jaggery – 100 gm (as per taste)

Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Black Pepper powder (optional) and Black salt – As per Taste

Directions
- Wash and clean Spinach, Fresh Coriander, Mint, and Parsley (and Grapes if you are using this option). Wash, clean and chop ginger.
- In a SlowJuicer add some green leavesand chopped ginger at a time. Apply the same Processfor remaining green leaves.
- For Grapes option – add this along with green leaves in the juicer.
- Take a cheesecloth (Nylon Sieve cloth) to start straining juice to ensure there is no small bits in the juice and it is smooth as water texture.
- For Jaggery option: Add little water to the juice as necessary and as per required consistency of juice. Then add sea salt, lemon juice, black salt and black pepper (optional) and mix well.
- Note: If Parsley is not available then use any other green leaves available in the shop. Jaggery: If hard – soak it in water and try by using hand and break the Jaggery and strain the Jaggery (use this to Juice).
