During repair/reconstruction of road normally following steps are observed:

First of all road is closed for traffic.

Damaged portion of road is excavated and debris are removed from the road site.

A sign post of “ROAD UNDER CONSTRUCTION” is kept.

During construction inconveniency is felt by users of the road.

Also a sign post of “SORRY FOR INCONVINIENCY” is kept.

Once the traffic is closed the work of removal of damaged road starts.

Now the reconstruction work is carried out.

On satisfactory completion of road, the traffic is reopened gradually as per norms(specifications) of the road(restriction is put to heavy traffic if road do not withstand the heavy load traffic)
On similar line when the process of improvement in health (curing of diseases) starts, following steps are observed.

First of all food intake is stopped i.e. Partial/full fasting

During implementation the toxins/waste is removed.

Over a period of time body gets fully cured and diseases disappear.

Now allow the food as per New Diet System.
